Sure, pregnancy is one of the most wonderful things on earth, but stretch marks after pregnancy is absolutely one of the most dreadful– if not the most gross. There you were, looking great with your flawless skin, but nine months later, you are flawless-no-longer.

4. Take vitamins– Vitamins A, C, and E are the top three skin enhancers. Ask your ob-gynecologist about which you could take to keep your skin as healthy as possible. There may be times when you would be advised to take a multivitamin instead. That would do you good too.

These are just four great tips on how you can minimize stretch marks after pregnancy. Practice them and enjoy a clearer and healthier skin even after giving birth.
