Smooth Tummy
Stretch marks are nothing but scars on the body which diminish within time but do not disappear completely. These occurs when your skin is been stretched more than it can handle. Before I proceeded, I would like to tell you something about our skin structure. The uppermost layer of the skin is known as epidermis. The layer beneath it is known as dermis. Dermis has all blood vessels accompanied by oil glands, sweet glands and follicle. Below this fats are present. Glucocorticoids are the class of steroid hormones. This particular hormone is responsible for stretch marks. This prevents the formation of supportive materials like elastic fibbers and collagen. Due to their absence epidermal and dermal tearing occurs.
Most of the women face this problem during pregnancy. Other reason could be genetically too. One can easily get rid of these marks by following certain things during and after pregnancy. The main reason of these marks is nothing but elasticity. If you try maintaining your skin’s elasticity, than easily the problem can be solved. All you need to do is, drink lots of water to remove toxicants from your body, exercise daily and have a balanced and nutritious diet. The main motive is to make your skin full of vitamins and moisture. You can use delivery cream twice a day from seventh month onwards and continue it after delivery for another six months. Coco butter is the best lotion till date and its results are extremely good. Last method to get rid of these marks is surgery or laser operation. But this has to be done with doctor’s consultant.
